- Optimos Travel has released a list of the most affordable vacation destinations in America.
- The travel company looked at a list of over 100 well-known spots in the U.S., analyzing each one to find the daily meal expenses, cost of public transportation, accommodations and attractions fees.
- Based on all that, they’ve found that the Outer Banks, North Carolina, is the least expensive vacation destination.
- The cost of a 7-day vacation for a family of four there is about $3,248.
